Jules Goffre
is a Partner and Vice President of A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions. He joined A.T. Kearney in 1989, and has led, managed and executed numerous strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects, resulting in time-to-market, cost reduction and service level improvement for clients across a number of industries. Jules Goffre speaks regularly at conferences and frequently writes articles on analytics enabled collaboration, procurement organization, risk management, performance management and value-based sourcing. Together with Tom Slaight of A.T. Kearney, he co-authored chapter six in the 7th edition of the Supply Management Handbook, published by the Institute for Supply Management, entitled, "Strategic Sourcing: Where did it come from? What has it accomplished? Where is it going?"
He is a founding member of A.T. Kearney's European CPO Club - founded May 2004. The club's goal is to develop a forum for building a unique and powerful group of procurement and supply chain management thought leaders.
